The police claim to be concerned about drug dealing and drug use. The council claim to be concerned about anti social behaviour and littering. But in reality neither the council nor the police seem to have either the motivation or will to do anything about either.


The story about the Lancaster City council's claims (which appeared in the Lancaster Guardian a few months ago) to be serious about dealing with anti-social behaviour, appears to have been nothing but political spin.
